B.F. VITA PLUS

B.F. VITA PLUS is a bromate free version of Vita Plus 6428. B.F. Vita Plus is a combination flavor and dough conditioner. Doughs are smoother and dryer, with greater tolerance to fermentation variations. Resultant products have better flavor and improved crumb color. B.F. Vita Plus is also outstanding for frozen doughs. Usage is 1% to flour weight. Packed in a 50 lb. multi walled paper bag.
